I'm not planning to sell for a few years. Is it too early for me?
It's the opposite of too early. The owners who win know the route before they start walking. Some of my best clients came to me years before they were ready, built the plan, and had it on the shelf when the timing finally came. Wait until you feel ready and you'll be preparing under pressure instead of from strength.
I run a blue-collar, hands-on business. Is this really for me?
Yes. My core work is with owners in trades, home services, construction, manufacturing, and distribution. If your business is profitable and has real earnings, you're exactly who this is built for. This isn't for the corporate crowd. It's for you.
Is this just another broker trying to get me to sign a listing agreement?
No. I'm an attorney, a FINRA-registered rep, and a licensed broker, but I make my money differently than the commission-only crowd. I'm not here only to list your business. I'm here to teach you how your exit actually works so you walk in prepared.
