Actually, that’s a pretty damn good time to do this.
If you’re three or five years out, you have something an owner trying to sell next month doesn’t have: time. Time to fix what’s dragging down value, clean up problems a buyer will find, build a stronger management team, and decide what kind of exit you actually want.
If you’re ready sooner, great. We’ll figure out where you stand and what needs to happen next.
We start working before you ever walk through the door.
After you register, we’ll send you instructions for submitting the financial information we need for your ExitWorthy Assessment. Our team will prepare your personalized Business Valuation and 16 Value Boosters Analysis before you arrive.
That means we’re not burning Wednesday morning explaining valuation theory or practicing on Bob’s Fake Plumbing Company. You show up with real analysis of your real business, and we get to work.
Hell yes.
We work with owners in manufacturing, construction, specialty trades, industrial services, distribution, outdoor and recreation businesses, and plenty of other companies where people actually build, fix, make, move, or sell something.
If you’ve built a profitable company with real earnings and a real payroll, you’re our kind of business owner.
No.
You might finish your TrailMap and decide you’re ready to sell. You might discover you should spend the next two years fixing a few things first. You might decide selling isn’t the right move at all.
Our job during these two days is to help you figure that out.
If you eventually decide to sell and we’re a good fit to help you do it, we can have that conversation later. You don’t owe anybody a listing agreement because you came to the workshop.
General gets you the whole damn workshop.
That includes your pre-event ExitWorthy Assessment, personalized Business Valuation, 16 Value Boosters Analysis, two days building your TrailMap with us, printed workbook and materials, meals, a copy of Peak Exit, and access to the instructional recordings afterward.
VIP gets you everything in General plus more direct time with us: a private pre-event consultation with Ben or Kate, Tuesday night’s VIP dinner and shooting-range experience, and a private post-event TrailMap review with Ben.
VIP also includes a plus one. Bring your spouse or business partner to the workshop and VIP experience without buying them another ticket.
Yes.
Frankly, for a lot of owners, that’s a smart move. Selling your business affects your money, your schedule, your family, and whatever the hell you plan to do with yourself afterward.
General tickets are per person. VIP includes one spouse or business partner at no additional cost, including Tuesday night’s VIP experience.
Absolutely.
We’re asking you to bring real numbers because otherwise this exercise isn’t worth much. Your financials and ExitWorthy
Assessment stay private and aren’t handed around the room.
During the workshop, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions about your specific business. Share as much or as little with the group as you’re comfortable sharing.
Yes, but we’re not turning your business into somebody else’s YouTube content.
You’ll get access to the instructional portions after the workshop so you can go back and revisit the material.
Your specific financial details, confidential business information, and individual questions won’t be published. If something attendee-specific makes its way into the instructional recording, we’ll remove or anonymize it.
Yep. We’ll feed you.
Breakfast and lunch are included both days.
If you have significant allergies, dietary restrictions, or a diet complicated enough that our Idaho caterer needs a flowchart, plan ahead. You’re welcome to bring your own food or have something delivered.

We’ll send registered attendees the rest of the logistics before the workshop so you know where to go, where to park, and when to show up.
Wednesday, October 7 and Thursday, October 8, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days.
Show up around 30 minutes early Wednesday. We want everybody settled, caffeinated, and ready to get to work at 9:00.
VIP attendees and their guests will also join us Tuesday evening, October 6, for the private dinner and shooting-range experience.
Because we start doing personalized work on your business before the workshop, tickets are generally non-refundable.
But life happens.
If something legitimate comes up, call or email us as soon as you know. We’ll look at the circumstances, how much of your pre-event work we’ve already completed, and figure out the best available option.
First, watch your inbox.
We’ll send you everything you need to start the pre-work and submit the financial information for your ExitWorthy Assessment.
Do yourself a favor and don’t wait until the week before the workshop. The sooner we have good information from you, the better work we can do before you arrive and the more you’ll get out of your two days with us.
Email us at [email protected].
A real human from our team will answer you. Shocking, we know.
