Build Your ExitWorthy TrailMap LIVE With Us...

(For a fraction of the price)

Dear friend: I’ll keep this quick.

In the late 90s, I watched my own family's business exit fall apart.

I saw what it did to us. And in the 20 years since, I've watched it happen to good families again and again, until I made it my life's mission to make sure it never happens to yours.

I'm not a theory guy. I'm an M&A broker and a recovering attorney who's closed nearly 300 transactions and advised thousands of owners. But that's not really why I'm here.

I'm here as the guy who spent 20 years watching smart, hard-working owners walk into the sale of their life's work and go toe-to-toe with sharks who do this for a living. Wall Streeters who come to Main Street to cut good people down and take what they built.

Here's what I've seen. Very good, very profitable companies fail to sell at all. Owners who chased the big headline number and regretted the terms for the rest of their lives. Buyers who turned small problems into reasons to slash the price long after the owner had already mentally moved on and thought it was sold.

Here's two reasons you don't wanna skip this:

REASON #1

Four out of five businesses that go to market never sell. Of the ones that do, most owners regret a meaningful part of the deal. Only about 4% get the exit they actually deserved.

REASON #2

Get it wrong and you're risking a lot more than the sale price. It's your retirement, your family's security, your employees, and everything you spent decades building.

That's why I built the ExitWorthy TrailMap. And this workshop isn't "come spend two days with Ben and learn about selling." You do the real work, on your real business, start to finish.

Before you ever walk in, you'll send us the real numbers from your actual company.

There's one more thing worth knowing.

This particular workshop is also the studio session for my new ExitWorthy book and the companion course being built alongside it. The people in the room aren't just attendees. You're helping shape the material as we build it. That's part of why the room is intentionally small, and why I'm running it live this way instead of packaging it as another course you'd watch at home.

My team goes to work and builds you two things: your personalized Business Valuation Report, and your 16 Value Boosters Report that shows exactly what's lifting your number and what's dragging it down. That assessment sells on its own for $1,997. You get it as your pre-work, included in your ticket.

So you don't show up with a blank workbook practicing on some made-up company. You show up with a real report, built around your business, ready to go.

Then, for two full days, you use your own reports, your own numbers, and your own goals to build your TrailMap live, with me, Kate, and the rest of the team right there with you. Your actual plan, for your actual business.

And you don't leave with a folder of notes you'll never open. You leave with your own ExitWorthy TrailMap: a finished plan that shows you exactly where your business stands, what's holding it back, which buyer paths might be right for you, and what needs to happen next.

This is the same TrailMap process owners pay us $10,000 to work through with them over 90 days. You're building yours live with us in two days for a fraction of that.

Why? Because 20 years ago my own family didn't have it. I've made it my life's mission that yours will.

Grab your ticket below, and let's build your TrailMap together.

See you there,

Ben Brickweg

4 Out Of 5 Never Sell.

Most Who Do, Regret It.

Four out of five businesses that go to market never sell. Of the ones that do, most owners regret a meaningful part of the transaction.

Sit with that. You get one shot at this. And that one shot decides what 20 or 30 years of work was actually worth.

It's f*cked up.

Now, imagine walking into the sale of your business already knowing your real number, already knowing what's holding it back, and already holding the plan that gets you the exit you deserve instead of the one they hand you.

That's what these two days are for.

Because the buyer across the table does this for a living. You do it once.

He's looking for any small problem he can turn into a reason to cut your price, usually after you've already checked out and figured it was sold.

Walk in already knowing your number, what's holding the business back, and what your plan is. That's what most owners never do.

What OTHERS HAVE SAID...

PHASE 1:

BEFORE THE EVENT

Before you ever walk in, you submit your real numbers from your actual company. Our team goes to work and prepares your ExitWorthy Assessment, which includes two components: your personalized Business Valuation and your 16 Value Boosters Analysis. Both built around your actual business, not a generic sample.

Included with Your Ticket | $1,997 Value

This assessment sells on its own for $1,997. It's included in your ticket.

PHASE 2:

DURING THE EVENT

For two days of hands-on work, you use your own reports, your own numbers, and your own goals to walk all five regions of the TrailMap with me, Kate, and the team. You're not practicing on some made-up business in a blank workbook. You're building the real thing, for your company, live.

A note on privacy: I'll record my teaching, frameworks, and systems for the book and course. Your private financial information, specific questions, and confidential business details stay in the room and are not published.

PHASE 3:

AFTER THE EVENT

You leave with your own ExitWorthy TrailMap: a finished plan showing where your business stands, what needs work, which buyers might be a fit, and exactly what happens next. This is a $10,000 build, done with you, included with your ticket.

Included with Your Ticket | $10,000 Value

The same TrailMap process owners pay us $10,000 to work through with them over 90 days. You're building yours live in two days, included with your ticket.

Workshop FAQs

I'm not planning to sell for a few years. Is it too early for me?

Actually, that’s a pretty damn good time to do this.

If you’re three or five years out, you have something an owner trying to sell next month doesn’t have: time. Time to fix what’s dragging down value, clean up problems a buyer will find, build a stronger management team, and decide what kind of exit you actually want.

If you’re ready sooner, great. We’ll figure out where you stand and what needs to happen next.

What happens before the workshop?

We start working before you ever walk through the door.

After you register, we’ll send you instructions for submitting the financial information we need for your ExitWorthy Assessment. Our team will prepare your personalized Business Valuation and 16 Value Boosters Analysis before you arrive.

That means we’re not burning Wednesday morning explaining valuation theory or practicing on Bob’s Fake Plumbing Company. You show up with real analysis of your real business, and we get to work.

I run a blue-collar, hands-on business. Is this really for me?

Hell yes.

We work with owners in manufacturing, construction, specialty trades, industrial services, distribution, outdoor and recreation businesses, and plenty of other companies where people actually build, fix, make, move, or sell something.

If you’ve built a profitable company with real earnings and a real payroll, you’re our kind of business owner.

Is this just another broker trying to get me to sign a listing agreement?

No.

You might finish your TrailMap and decide you’re ready to sell. You might discover you should spend the next two years fixing a few things first. You might decide selling isn’t the right move at all.

Our job during these two days is to help you figure that out.

If you eventually decide to sell and we’re a good fit to help you do it, we can have that conversation later. You don’t owe anybody a listing agreement because you came to the workshop.

What’s the difference between General and VIP?

General gets you the whole damn workshop.

That includes your pre-event ExitWorthy Assessment, personalized Business Valuation, 16 Value Boosters Analysis, two days building your TrailMap with us, printed workbook and materials, meals, a copy of Peak Exit, and access to the instructional recordings afterward.

VIP gets you everything in General plus more direct time with us: a private pre-event consultation with Ben or Kate, Tuesday night’s VIP dinner and shooting-range experience, and a private post-event TrailMap review with Ben.

VIP also includes a plus one. Bring your spouse or business partner to the workshop and VIP experience without buying them another ticket.

Can I bring my spouse or business partner?

Yes.

Frankly, for a lot of owners, that’s a smart move. Selling your business affects your money, your schedule, your family, and whatever the hell you plan to do with yourself afterward.

General tickets are per person. VIP includes one spouse or business partner at no additional cost, including Tuesday night’s VIP experience.

Is my business information confidential?

Absolutely.

We’re asking you to bring real numbers because otherwise this exercise isn’t worth much. Your financials and ExitWorthy

Assessment stay private and aren’t handed around the room.

During the workshop, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions about your specific business. Share as much or as little with the group as you’re comfortable sharing.

Will the workshop be recorded?

Yes, but we’re not turning your business into somebody else’s YouTube content.

You’ll get access to the instructional portions after the workshop so you can go back and revisit the material.

Your specific financial details, confidential business information, and individual questions won’t be published. If something attendee-specific makes its way into the instructional recording, we’ll remove or anonymize it.

Are meals included?

Yep. We’ll feed you.

Breakfast and lunch are included both days.

If you have significant allergies, dietary restrictions, or a diet complicated enough that our Idaho caterer needs a flowchart, plan ahead. You’re welcome to bring your own food or have something delivered.

Where is the workshop?

Pursuit of Profit Event Center

1940 S Bonito Way, Suite 120

Meridian, Idaho

We’ll send registered attendees the rest of the logistics before the workshop so you know where to go, where to park, and when to show up.

What is the schedule?

Wednesday, October 7 and Thursday, October 8, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days.

Show up around 30 minutes early Wednesday. We want everybody settled, caffeinated, and ready to get to work at 9:00.

VIP attendees and their guests will also join us Tuesday evening, October 6, for the private dinner and shooting-range experience.

What happens if I register and can’t attend?

Because we start doing personalized work on your business before the workshop, tickets are generally non-refundable.

But life happens.

If something legitimate comes up, call or email us as soon as you know. We’ll look at the circumstances, how much of your pre-event work we’ve already completed, and figure out the best available option.

What happens after I register?

First, watch your inbox.

We’ll send you everything you need to start the pre-work and submit the financial information for your ExitWorthy Assessment.

Do yourself a favor and don’t wait until the week before the workshop. The sooner we have good information from you, the better work we can do before you arrive and the more you’ll get out of your two days with us.

Have other questions?

Email us at [email protected].

A real human from our team will answer you. Shocking, we know.
